SHIPPING POLICY

All Fragmenta pieces are handcrafted in limited editions by skilled artisans in Italy. Each item is unique and requires individual care.

Processing time
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, orders are prepared within 3–6 business days. If any delays occur, we will notify you via email.

Shipping


We ship across Italy and Europe. For international orders outside the EU, please contact us before purchasing.

Estimated delivery times
Italy: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–8 business days
Rest of the world: upon request

 Carriers
We use trusted carriers (GLS, DHL, Poste Italiane) depending on your location.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

Customs & duties


Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURN POLICY

  • We do not accept standard returns. Fragmenta poufs are made in limited editions and on demand, so returns for aesthetic reasons are not allowed.

  • In case of damage or defects during shipping, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery (attach photos and description) at info@studio010.design.

  • Once verified, the product may be replaced or refunded, based on shipping conditions.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days from approval, using the original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, unless the issue is our responsibility (e.g., damage during delivery).
